Have you mastered 'Sid Meier's Civilization VI' and are now looking for a change of pace? Here are some cheats and tricks you can try out.

This is a guide on how to use the Civ 6 debug menu and console commands. I will add more info on the debug menu and console commands when I find new info on them. Please tell me if I need to fix something in the guide or add something, it helps a lot.

Reveal Map

Revealing the map in 'Civilization VI' can be a time-consuming task, especially if you don't want to waste resources and time on additional Scouts. You would also want to know where the other civs are as soon as possible. Fortunately, this debug console allows you to reveal everything on the map at once. Here's how to do it.

WARNING: You would need to alter the config.ini file to activate the debug console, which is a bit risky, so follow the instructions carefully.

To activate the Debug Console in-game:

Find the 'Sid Meier's Civilization 6' install folder. It's either in your Steam Apps folder, or in

Documents/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 6/config.ini

Open the file 'Config.ini' on Notepad and look for the line that reads 'DebugPanel = o'. Change the value to 1. Save and close.

To open the Debug Console in game:

Echo & The Bunnymen Profile: Formed in Liverpool in 1978, the original lineup was Ian McCulloch (vocals), Will Sergeant (guitar), Les Pattinson (bass) and soon replacing a drum machine Pete De Freitas (drums).

Press ['] tilde in-game to open the Debug Window and select 'Reveal All'. Voila! The whole map is now revealed, so you can now focus on building your empire.

Note that this only applies to offline games, and thus will not be available for online multiplayer matches.
